Christmas morning will involve pancakes or waffles.

Try serving these amazing vegan waffles or pancakes to your guests and see just how happy they are!

Vegan Gluten-free Chocolate Waffles

Vegan Gluten-free Chai Spiced Waffles

Vegan Gingersnap Pancakes (a really old recipe but my favorite pancake of all-time.)

Fluffy Vegan Blueberry Spelt Pancakes

I actually have served these at the holidays and they are a hit with everybody.

Smoky Jalapeno Black Bean Dip

Best Vegan Queso (vegan or not, everybody raved over this dip last year when I served it.)

Vegan Pimento Cheese (I can't wait to serve this to my guests this year. It's brand new and already getting wonderful reader reviews, so definitely add it to your menu.)

Vegan Scalloped Potatoes

Vegan Baked Oil-free Hushpuppies (These are amazing served with chili or soups. I always serve chili at Christmas, so these are a great side.)

Vegan Gluten-free Garlic Chive Muffins (I freaking love these, like clouds of heaven.)

Oil-free Barbecue White Bean Hummus

Fluffy Vegan Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes

Vegan BBQ Lentil Loaf

30 Minute Vegan Mexican Chili (I have served this every year at Christmas for the last 6 years and everybody loves it.)

Secret Ingredient 3 Bean Chili (Normally I serve the Mexican Chili, but this year I'm serving this new chili recipe from my cookbook. So, if you have the book, be sure to make this. It is fantastic and my favorite chili!)

Ultimate BBQ Bean Ball Sub (This recipe is also from my cookbook and a fantastic meal to serve at Christmas. This went over amazingly at my cookbook launch party and all the meat-eaters raved over it.)

Vegan Snickerdoodles (I'm personally making these for Christmas. This cookie recipe has garnished more attention and remakes than any other cookie recipe I think, ever, already in just the 3 weeks it's been posted. Nearly every reader has stated it's the BEST Snickerdoodle you've ever had.)

Vegan Almond Butter Blossoms (I'm making these as well at Christmas. This right here is my favorite cookie now for the holidays. I loved Peanut Butter Blossoms as a kid and these are even better. So darn yummy. I like them even better than the Snickerdoodles.)

Vegan Bakery-Style Cinnamon Streusel Muffins  (I'm also making these muffins for Christmas. These are one of the yummiest muffins you'll ever eat. One reader made them this month and told me they were the best muffins she'd ever eaten in her whole life. They are that good folks.)

Vegan Gingerbread Cut-Out Cookies

Vegan Gluten-free Sugar Cookies

Vegan Coconut Butter Gingersnaps

Vegan Gingerbread Cake (This recipe needs no introduction. It exploded last year at Christmas with reader remakes and is already doing the same so far this season. Just go make it!)

Vegan Gluten-free Cranberry Bundt Cake (Pretty much the easiest bundt cake ever and SO DELICIOUS.)

Vegan Gluten-free Chocolate Peppermint Cake

I have SO MANY Christmas Recipes that would all be excellent to serve over the holidays, but I picked the 25 that I thought were the best and most festive and didn't want to overwhelm you with too many. However, if you want to check out more, see these holiday recipes!

Also, 3 years ago, I created this Christmas Holiday Dessert Ebook that is designed for wowing guests. They are all holiday-themed and out-of-this-world delicious. I love to serve the Chocolate Peppermint Muffins and Double Fudge Chocolate Crinkle Cookies from that book.

Merry Christmas!

  1. For Christmas, I'm making your vegan stuffed shells and almond butter blossoms (although I love the Snickerdoodles too). From your cookbook, I'm making the chocolate cake and going to try the orange-vanilla waffles for breakfast. :)

Oh yay, those are all delicious choices Linda! Mmmmm, those waffles, I need to make those again!!
    • Orange Vanilla Waffles?? Sounds yummy!!

Yes, it’s my recipe in my cookbook! :)
  2. Merry Christmas, everyone! Just a quick note for Brandi and a recommendation to anyone on the fence about purchasing the Vegan 8 cookbook. I just received mine from Amazon yesterday and it is fantastic! The photography is stunning and I just love cookbooks that provide pictures with each recipe. I may need to put on my stretchy pants because I have a feeling I will be diving head first into the chocolate espresso fudge cake. Have a blessed and happy 2019!
  3. True story. I was looking at this list and I was like “yes, yum, uh-huh, yum... Oh my gosh!” Jay asks”what’s going on?” I say “I totally forgot about these hush puppies! They are so good! Oh I’m making these tomorrow!” Thank you so very much for reminding me of the hush puppies (and everything else 😂👍). Happy holidays!
  4. I love vegan Christmas recipes and yours look so delicious! Now, I’m hungry for Christmas food again, haha! Lots of love, Bianca ❤️
