VEGAN SUPERBOWL PARTY DIPS
Oil-free Barbecue White Bean Hummus
If you really want to please a crowd, make THIS. I served this over Christmas to my guests and it was the favorite recipe of the night. I was shocked at that (hello, there were desserts, lol), but everybody really loved it!
Another big hit was this dip.
Make this the day before so it has time to really thicken up in the fridge. It’s amazing with veggies.
This recipe has been SUCH A HIT, that several of you have said you wanted to bathe in it, I’m not joking, haha! I mean, seriously, don’t tell your guests it’s vegan. Who wouldn’t want a cheese that takes 10 mins to make, for real?
Best Vegan Queso (This is hands down reader’s favorite! It also contains NO nutritional yeast.)
This is a delicious and perfect pesto to serve with veggies, my favorite way to eat it.
You gotta serve salsa at your party! This one is a crowd favorite!
VEGAN SUPER BOWL MAIN MEALS
I’m only sharing a few of these, as the Super Bowl is more about dips and sides and finger foods. But these would be delicious served as well. Many of you have said this is your favorite burger ever.
Fat-FreeBaked Mexican Black Bean Burgers
Smoky Sweet Potato Chickpea Burgers
Cheesy Mexican Tortilla Bake (nobody will believe this is dairy-free!)
Vegan Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes
I serve this EVERY single Christmas as the meal. It’s a tradition and is expected from my guests. It’s always a hit, so make it. I would double the recipe though for a large group.
Oh my word, talk about flavor. This is one of my absolute favorite recipes ever. SO easy, such few ingredients, but such flavor. A big hit with you all too. Last time I made it I also added some carrots and did both smoked paprika and liquid smoke and was in complete bliss.
VEGAN SUPER BOWL DESSERTS
All so easy and such few ingredients.
4 Ingredient Chocolate Ice Cream
No ice cream maker needed and is really easy, which is why it is a great choice for the Super Bowl. This recipe stole the spotlight last year. Just check out the dozens of reviews. Don’t ask about subs, just make it as is, it’s ONLY 4 ingredients and it works. It is unbelievably creamy, rich and to-die-for. Just make it and don’t tell any guest it is vegan, they will be blown away.
5 Ingredient Sweet Potato Peanut Butter Ice Cream
After the success of the chocolate one above, I came out with this peanut butter ice cream next. Again, no ice cream maker needed and so darn creamy and delicious. One of my readers recently made it and served it over waffles. Hey, why not??
Double Chocolate Sunflower Brownies
Again, these will knock your guests socks off. My most popular vegan brownie recipe. The healthy ingredient list is shocking, because these taste so decadent. Double the recipe.
Vegan Almond Butter Chocolate Chunk Blondies
Make this fudge and watch people flip over it! No weird ingredients like banana or avocado!
6 Ingredient Perfect Crispy Chocolate Chip Cookies
Skip the long ingredient cookie recipes full of nasty ingredients, processed ingredients and too many steps. Seriously, you don’t need all that. These are so unbelievably delicious and take just 10 mins to make!
4 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies
Seriously, can you believe all of these easy few ingredient desserts?? No need to spend all day making desserts, I tell ya. These are a reader favorite and with just 4 ingredients and 20 mins to spare, no surprise they are.
Who doesn’t love Snickerdoodles! These are the #1 cookie recipe on my blog now!
Grain-free Vegan Chocolate Coconut Cookies
Mexican Chocolate Sweet Potato Pudding
Lastly, everybody loves pudding, so make them this. They will never know there is hidden sweet potatoes in there. Don’t want the Mexican spices part? Just leave them out.

I just started reading your blog, and I love it!! I’ve made a few recipes, and they are tasty and easy! I’m wondering if you can give me some names of healthy, lower carb pastas and corn chips that taste good and empower excellent health. There is so much “filler” out there. I’m also thinking of getting the Vitamix mixer. Any suggestions for a novice? Thank you!!:)
brandi.doming@yahoo.com
Thank you so much for your kind words Cat! The only pasta I really use is brown rice pasta because it’s only made from brown rice and water. I don’t really buy anything labeled low-carb since I don’t follow low carbs. The best options for low carb pastas are to get a spiralizer and spiralize carrots or zucchini and then it is low carb and healthy. Doesn’t taste like pasta, but a lot of people love doing that for low carb options. I have a Vitamix and I absolutely love it, you can’t go wrong! I also have a Cuisinart food processor and it is my favorite kitchen appliance. I use it for sooo many recipes. Here is the one I use and love it. http://amzn.to/1SNBT5J

Your dip collection is incredible, I would just be holding my chip with a lost look on my face not sure which to dive into first! And those ice cream shots are definitely what drew me in <3 It's funny because I am totally not a Super Bowl person, but dips and desserts are two of my favorite food categories so I am still loving all these Super Bowl recipes and roundups 😀

I’m not a football fan…at all, but I would love to come to your house to watch the game. And by watch the game I mean eat ALL this amazing food.
Florian @ContentednessCooking
Wow, Brandi! I’m drooling! I could eat all of those, from the dips, mains, desserts! Just want it all! Love all the hummus variations, you probably know I could live on hummus or Tahini, I had a lot of hummus variations on my blog like, my olive hummus, roasted- hazelnut almond hummus, coconut – peanut hummus and roasted parsnip hummus dip. Fantastic collection my mouth is watering!
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
A party without hummus and cheesy dips is no party 😉 So this, you have it nailed 😉
