It has a lot of helpful tips and info, links to my exercise equipment and I provide details each day on the exercises, while giving the exact weights I use and suggestions on how to adjust/modify.
- Since this is my first ever released workout plan, I wanted to keep it as a written plan only, as this also keeps the cost affordable. (Video-based plans are much more expensive).
- HOWEVER, to help you out, especially if you are new to weight lifting, I will be uploading video demos of some of the workouts on my Instagram and also on my youtube page (The Vegan 8) so you can observe and learn the exercises and form. So, make sure to follow me on both!

THE WORKOUTS
This program details the exact workouts I do. I wrote out the exercises for each day, detailing the reps and exact weights.
These workouts are not meant to be easy. They will challenge you. You may cuss me out while doing them. But I did not get the results I did by taking it easy. I got them through consistency, dedication, commitment and challenging myself.
But I understand some of you may be a beginner and that’s ok! I provide ways to adjust and modify. Which in most cases, simply will mean reducing the weight or using no weight. You may need to do this in the beginning until you get stronger.
You never want the exercises to be so easy that you aren’t required to focus on the movement. However, you shouldn’t try to lift too much where you have awful form. Slow, controlled, focus, core tight is how you should approach every exercise!
I am always here to answer questions and help you along the way.

I don’t have workout videos for every workout as I mention on the purchase page, since this is a PDF only (to keep the cost down) workout plan. I have some videos for reference on youtube, but for any exercises that you aren’t familiar with, you can quickly type in the name on youtube, and tons come up for easy demonstrations!

Hi DJ! The workouts are about 45 minutes to an hour depending on how many breaks you take, which can vary based on how long somebody has been working. You’ll get stronger over time and can transition quicker between sets!
