Ever since I started sharing my workouts, fitness tips and higher protein meals in the past year plus on Instagram, many of you have asked me to share a workout plan. It’s a lot of work and I didn’t think I’d ever want to do it. But it finally became something that I couldn’t ignore any longer that y’all wanted!
Since my goal is always to help you, this is why I put my heart into creating this very detailed workout plan. Plus, answering the same questions over and over about how much I workout, the types of workouts, etc. is hard to keep up with. Enter my 4 week plant to help guide you.
It has been A LOT of work creating this plan, making it beautiful and customizing it. I provide a lot of detail for each day, give you lots of tips and notes for success.

HOME WORKOUTS-NO GYM REQUIRED!

  • The Bonus Plan is an all Home Workouts (no gym!) 22 page PDF ONLY written workout plan plus high protein recipes (the workout only plan is 11 pages)
  • This is an all Home Workouts (no gym!) 14 page PDF ONLY written workout plan but way more detailed than what you may find online. It has a lot of helpful tips and info, links to my exercise equipment and I provide details each day on the exercises, while giving the exact weights I use and suggestions on how to adjust/modify.
  • Since this is my first ever released workout plan, I wanted to keep it as a written plan only, as this also keeps the cost affordable. (Video-based plans are much more expensive).
  • HOWEVER, to help you out, especially if you are new to weight lifting, I will be uploading video demos of some of the workouts on my Instagram and also on my youtube page (The Vegan 8) so you can observe and learn the exercises and form. So, make sure to follow me on both!

TWO PLANS

I am offering TWO PLANS for you all! You can choose which one you’d like. One plan is the workouts ONLY. The BONUS plan is the workouts, plus my my go-to high protein vegan recipes from the blog, INCLUDING brand new (never released) PROTEIN BALLS recipes. 11 recipes total. Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookie Protein Balls and Chocolate Tahini Coconut Protein Balls to give you extra protein for healthy snacking or a power snack to fuel before your workout. They are to die for delicious! I decided to do this since I get asked so often about my go-to protein recipes and having some right there in the plan will be helpful and easy for you to refer to.

THE WORKOUTS

This program details the exact workouts I do. I wrote out the exercises for each day, detailing the reps and exact weights.

These workouts are not meant to be easy. They will challenge you. You may cuss me out while doing them. But I did not get the results I did by taking it easy. I got them through consistency, dedication, commitment and challenging myself.

But I understand some of you may be a beginner and that’s ok! I provide ways to adjust and modify. Which in most cases, simply will mean reducing the weight or using no weight. You may need to do this in the beginning until you get stronger.

You never want the exercises to be so easy that you aren’t required to focus on the movement. However, you shouldn’t try to lift too much where you have awful form. Slow, controlled, focus, core tight is how you should approach every exercise!

I am always here to answer questions and help you along the way.

    Good morning. I’ve tried to purchase your program twice. Once last night and once this morning. Both times it said the icapture thingy wasn’t available. My internet is working great so not sure if this is on your end. I’ll keep trying but wanted you to know in case it needed fixing on your end. Thank you and I’m looking forward to the workout.

        Did every workout and core on Sunday from last week. Did day one this morning. I’m loving this workout. Worth every dime. I’m feeling muscles I have not felt in a long time which tells me I have not been hitting them all. Thank you!

I just checked them and I’ve sold hundreds of them from people clicking through, so maybe try a different browser??     I tried to purchase your program twice with two different credit cards and it said try another credit card. one was Visa and one was Discover. What am I doing wrong?

    Unfortunately I also had difficulty downloading the Workout Program with Bonus.
    It failed to load into my iPad. Is it an issue for mobile devices?

It is downloadable pdf plan that you can download to your phone, device, etc. It’s not a book. You can definitely print it out after downloading it to your computer. Thank you!
