National Peanut Butter Cookie Day Roundup AND a GIVEAWAY Announcement!

So, I just found out it is National Peanut Butter Cookie Day! Sounds a little silly, but I figured, why not put together a quick post of not just cookies, but my peanut butter filled recipes for you guys!

First up, my most popular recipe to date, by far, are my Raw Butterfingers. For good reason, they are made with a superfood, mulberries and only 6 ingredients and require no cooking! I’m sooo thrilled with all the people who’ve made them, left feedback here, and tagged me on Instagram with your amazing photos, they ALL look like perfection!

Next one, that I just posted the other day, Mini Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Cakes that everybody rushed out to make as soon as I posted them! Thanks guys, so glad all the kiddos loved them!

Next one, my 4 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies ready in 20 minutes. Need I say more?

Next, Butter-licious granola that contains both peanut and almond butter. Best granola I’ve ever, ever made or had for that matter. For real.

Last, very fitting, Peanut Butter Lovers Granola Bars.

If you are allergic to peanut butter, then you can still celebrate! I’m fairly certain any of these recipes would still work great by just replacing the peanut butter with a very creamy almond butter, roasted almond butter would work even better.

And now, for the Giveaway announcement!

I’ve mentioned many, many times before that my very favorite plant based protein powder is by Sprout Living. They are vegan, raw, gluten-free, organic, non-gmo and don’t use anything but superfoods in their products. They use absolutely no sugars, artificial ingredients, or even stevia. That was a big selling feature for me personally, because stevia gives me horrible headaches and a bad aftertaste. They are generously giving away a container of their popular “Vanilla Lucuma”, which just so happens to be my favorite. It is lusciously delicious. The giveaway is ONLY on Instagram though, so make sure to follow me on Instagram @thevegan8 here to see the details. Super easy! I just wanted to announce it here in case, just so anybody could see it and get the chance to enter!

Giveaway is now closed.

I’m SO glad I’m not allergic to peanuts! I love all my nut butters but peanut butter does hold a special place in my heart. I really must try your raw butterfingers bars one of these days.
P.S. That Protein powder sounds great. Maybe they’ll make it across the pond some time soon!

Oooooh thanks for consolidating all of your amazing peanut recipes in one post, Brandi. When I get home where I have access to social media-type sites, I’m pinning this post. I hope you know what an incredible inspiration you are. Your recipes are incredible (for someone like me who doesn’t usually follow healthy food blogs because I’m too intimidated, you make these recipes droolworthy, easy, accessible and totally do-able. That’s not an easy feat!) Thanks, lovely lady!

    Oh boy, where to start?
Any and all of these are fabulous. The peanut butter cookies would take me to heaven I’m thinking.
I may steal that granola recipe for a cobbler I’m working on. I’m thinking it would be a perfect match with bubblie blackberries as a cobbler topping?
If not, I’m sure I could live through picking all the granola off the top and eating it plain from the looks of your recipe!

    ♥,
    Angela

It’s in the oven now and smells awesome. I added in some dried cherries…tastes just like a Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich that’s super crunchy. Pics on instagram!
