Life-Changing Cilantro Dressing….ok a bit dramatic but it seriously is one of the BEST dressings I’ve ever created or had. I just kept eating it with a spoon. BUT, if you totally hate cilantro, then sub with all parsley. The recipe calls for both cilantro and parsley, just use all parsley in the weights given (72g total).

WHAT TO EXPECT
Not every single recipe is high protein of course, since there’s sauces and spices and side dishes that accompany the main proteins of the meal, but the dinners, lunches, soups, casseroles, some snacks, etc. have plenty of high-protein options and how to make swaps to make them even higher protein.
I’ve worked so hard on this book and put my all my passion in it to every single recipe to every single photograph. it was the hardest amount I’ve ever worked on anything and I’m super proud of it. The recipes are amazing and full of flavor and all of my taste testers had such incredible feedback.
