Learn how to make Easy Vegan Nutella in just 5 minutes! All you need is 5 main ingredients. It is oil-free, thick, rich, creamy and so chocolatey, as well as fudgy!
EASY VEGAN NUTELLA
You can make the yummiest and easiest healthy homemade vegan nutella in just 5 minutes! You don’t need any oil either. This stuff is so good that it was hard not to eat it all with a spoon.
HOW TO MAKE VEGAN NUTELLA
You only need 5 main ingredients:
- Pure maple syrup or agave
- Unsweetened cocoa powder
- Hazelnut butter: You can either use store-bought or homemade.
- Unsweetened almond milk: Use another creamy milk like oat or soy, etc. if desired.
- Vanilla extract
All you do is whisk all the ingredients together, heat for about 20 seconds in the microwave to dissolve the cocoa powder, whisk again until smooth.
Set aside the chocolate hazelnut spread for 15-20 minutes so it can thicken up, as it will be quite runny at first. Once chilled it gets really thick like fudge almost. So good!
I hope you love this easy vegan nutella, as it’s not only simple and quick to make, it’s also a healthy nutella recipe!

Has anyone tried this with carob instead of cocoa powder? A lot of people at my church do not eat cocoa powder and this would be a wonderful option with carob instead if it would work.

I had bought hazelnut butter, hazelnut is the only ingredient, for another recipe. Instead of roasting hazelnuts, do you think I could use it 1:1 in place of making it from scratch?
brandi.doming@yahoo.com
Hi Julie! Yes, you can totally use that hazelnut butter! Let me know after you try it!
