These easy vegan pantry recipes I chose because they use pretty standard, basic pantry ingredients or easy-to-find ingredients. Many of the ingredients are ones that can be kept in the pantry. Most will call for fresh onions or garlic or bell peppers, or items that can easily be kept in the freezer for awhile before using, but they are extremely basic and easy to find.
