This post is all about you guys. Gratitude is a big deal to me. I thank you. You readers, you who make my recipes each week and you who have continually supported me and my blog, many of you from the very beginning when I started it just over 2 years ago.
For the past 2 years, my blog has grown more than I ever imagined and I have YOU all to thank for it. I had a very specific vision when I started The Vegan 8 and it has become such a big part of my life and one of my greatest passions. Without you all making my recipes and loving them and sharing them with your family and friends, it would not grow. Yes, I work extremely hard in the kitchen testing to share recipes, which is important for a blog to grow since the recipes need to be great, but my gratitude goes to you guys who make them. Over and over. I have gotten to know many of you by name and know your stories and even many of your allergies. I have worked hard to show you I care about you and your requests and connect with you.
To show you my gratitude, I figured a big beautiful shiny NEW Red KitchenAid Food Processor would be a great Christmas present for one of you. I chose a food processor because it is the ONE major kitchen appliance I use the MOST out of everything. I absolutely cannot live without it and I use it more than anything else for my recipes. Since so many of you have stated you do not have one, I figured this would be the best gift to share as a giveaway.
I love receiving your comments, feedback and your emails each week. I love getting your recipe requests and although it takes me some time to get to them all, I’m truly touched that you reach out to me and have confidence in me to create something for you. You really don’t know how humbled I am by that. So, thank you.
So, to enter this giveaway, it’s very simple. All you have to do is TWO things: Enter the Giveaway below and be subscribed to my blog. Afterall, I’m giving you the opportunity to win a brand new appliance, you should already be subscribed I hope, haha! You can subscribe in the red box on the right side bar, if you haven’t yet!

Nut butters! So delicious and versatile!
I will make hummus! and duxelles! And thin sliced green beans for curried green beans …
Thank you for creating so many delicious recipes and inspiring posts! My family is new to the vegan lifestyle and your blog has been an amazing resource to us! We will have been vegan one year next week and have learned so much about cooking this last year but am still looking for ways to speed up the process and be less tempted to go out to eat. A food processor would save us time and temptation. The faster we get our dinner done the more time we can spend together AND we will be more likely to stay in and cook. Even if you don’t pick me just wanted to say thank you for all you do and for keeping this blog going. 🙂
Nut butter — any and every kind!
Your vegan cream cheese!!!
so many things, but would probably start with hummus
I actually have a food processor, which I use for making cookies and hummus but my best friend would love it if I sent her this for Christmas!!
i use mine to grind nuts to ferment into cheese… i use it to grate veggies to ferment into sauerkraut… and for all sorts of yummy things!
i will gift my x-large food processor to my son in law to make his wonderful salsa (he makes gallons of the stuff) and keep the smaller one. that way he won’t have to borrow mine every month.
I would make a lot of recipes that call for a heavy duty mixer that I don’t have. My puney hand mixer isn’t cutting it anymore! ?
Awesome for anyone’s present.
I love that your blog is flourishing and well-deserved! And, not sponsored? How so generous of you! Wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas!
Oh I would make hummus, deserts and lots lots more……
First thing I’d make is a huge batch of black bean burgers or hummus!!! ? I need help with the Twitter url and url for Pinterest.. I did both but I don’t know how to add the url from my phone.. ? lmk how I can do it. Thanks!!!
I would make raw food energy balls for my ultra runner husband <3
You rock, lady 🙂
I just made your pumpkin almond butter cookies and need to make another batch! So I would start off with making oat flour in the food processor 😉 the cookies were awesome, btw!!! I sold them at a bake sale and everyone loved them!
Homemade salsa! YUM 🙂
It’s so sweet of you to do this! I’m a student and don’t have a food processor which makes it a little bit more difficult to make certain things. I’ve been absolutely DYING to make falafel but can’t really do it successfully by mashing the chickpeas, so falafel is the first thing I would make!
Cheers!
Thank you so much for your generous giveaway! I would made a honey sea salt almond butter for sure
This week I’ve been really wanting a food processor to shred potatoes for potatoe pancakes.
Falafel and then everything!
I would make Tomatillo Salsa Verde.
I love your blog Brandi and love especially the 20 Minute Vegan Alfredo recipe. Winning the Kitchen Aid food processor from you would be the icing on the cake for me this Christmas. I could make all the wonderful nut butter recipes I got from your blog as well. Have a merry and blessed holiday.
So sweet, thank you so much Rita!
I can’t wait to use this to chop all of the veggies!
Wow so kind of you for the giveaway! Perfect for baby purrees to make in large batch to freeze!
My food processor broke and we had it for many years! So the first things I would make are nut butters, hummus, and different flours!
