So, this is very similar to the Thanksgiving roundup I shared last year with you all, with a several new additions! This was such a hit with you readers last year that I wanted to share it again since I have many new readers a year later. I hope this helps you all out and can make your Thanksgiving day easier and super DELICIOUS!

Just click on the title/name of each recipe to go to the link and print out the recipes.

BREAKFAST IDEAS. Start your day with some awesome Pancakes, Pecan Pie Crostinis, Pecan Pie Bars or No-Bake Cinnamon Roll Bars.

Life Changing Pancakes

Pumpkin Spice Latte Pancakes

The Best ever Fluffy "Buttermilk" Vegan Gluten-free Pancakes

Pecan Pie Crostinis

7 Ingredient No-Bake Pecan Pie Bars

No-Bake Cinnamon Roll Spice Bars

APPETIZERS/DIPS to serve guests while they anxiously await the main meal.

Easy Vegan Mexican Cheese Dip....this recipe is by far in my top 5 most popular...even non-vegans absolutely love it! Don't tell anybody it's dairy-free.

Oil-Free Barbecue White Bean Hummus

Smoky Jalapeno Black Bean Dip. This is a HUGE crowd-pleaser!

SIDES.

I don't care if you've never heard of hushpuppies before, these Vegan Gluten-Free Oil-Free Hushpuppies are INSANE. Slightly sweet, savory, onion flavor, super soft, moist and incredibly delicious. They are kind of like cornbread, but much softer and more moist.

Fluffy "Buttermilk" Mashed Potatoes. These are one of my most popular recipes and everybody declares them the best mashed potatoes they've had, vegan or not!

Thyme Cabernet Gravy. Of course you have to serve those mashed potatoes with the best gravy on the planet.

Magic Skillet Cornbread. Aka: the most buttery, moist cornbread ever. Seriously, to die for.

The most soft, pillowy clouds of heaven. These Garlic Chive Dinner Muffins should be on every single one of your tables!

Maple Roasted Carrots. Easy, fast and darn delicious.

Main Dish.

Oat-Free Spicy BBQ Lentil Loaf. One of the most made and loved recipes last year and all through this year.

Smoky Barbecue Sweet Potato Chickpea Burgers. If you are wanting something more low-key, then these would be excellent.

20 Minute Vegan Alfredo. If you are non-traditional, then keep it simple and make my super popular already alfredo sauce! It really does only take 20 minutes!

Not a loaf fan, then make a huge pot of this incredible Smoky Sweet Potato Black-Eyed Pea Soup. Make sure to soak those beans overnight for best results.

DESSERTS. The best part of Thanksgiving, right?! Hahaha!

Apple Hand Pies. Wow, so many of you have already made and LOVED these! They are incredibly delicious, hold in your hand and the dough is a dream. Truly better than gluten dough.

Vegan Cinnamon Roll Pumpkin Pie. Nothing more needed to say here.

Caramel Crusted Pumpkin Loaf. Caramel crispy top over a moist pumpkin loaf with rich flavor and spice. Pretty much perfection.

applecrisppic

Vegan Apple Cinnamon Pecan Crisp. Gluten-free, oil-free, butter-free and always 100% devoured by guests.

Cinnamon Ice Cream

Vegan Cinnamon Ice Cream to serve with the crisp. Duh.

Pumpkin Pie Chocolate Chip Cookies. Easy, incredibly fast, fudgy and lots of pumpkin pie spice. These have been such a hit with you guys already.

Raw Vegan Cinnamon Spice Cheesecake Tart. This is a beautiful dessert that wows every person I have made it for.

Gluten-free Cinnamon Coffee Chocolate Chip Muffins. These are my favorite muffins on the blog, maybe ever.

Raw Ultimate Cookie Dough Chocolate Fudge Cake. Want something chocolatey? Whip up this incredibly easy, no-bake chocolate fudge cake. You can sub peanut butter for almond butter if you like and just leave out the cookie dough.

Brownies. Of course, we have to have some brownie options. If you haven't made either of these yet, you are one of the very few. Add these this year.

Double Chocolate Sunflower Brownies.

Fudgy Coconut Butter Brownies.

Cinnamon Caramel Bundt Cake (you can also make these as cupcakes if you prefer!)

Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake....complete fudgy decadence.

If you really want to impress your dairy-loving friends, make them this Luscious Chocolate Cheesecake. It is silky, rich heaven.

You can find anything else you want here on my Recipe Index!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING! Please leave me feedback on my recipes that you make, I'd love to hear! Have a wonderful holiday!

I always love these roundups Brandi, it makes me realize just how many totally mouthwatering options you have! And for every meal too, the breakfast section is especially calling to me with all those towering fabulously fluffy pancake stacks. Fall flavors are your jam I’d say. And chocolate of course 😀

Best round up eva!!!!!! Man girl you got my head spinning. I want to make something for my coworkers in December and after I saw you insta post on those Double Chocolate Espresso Almond Cookies I was thinking those would be it. But now I am like ooh oooh cinnamon coffee chocolate chip muffins. Yum. I think those are going to have to be the winner since they are gluten free so therefore I can eat those too. Yum.

Oh and those mashed potatoes look amazing. Before going vegan my mothers mashed potatoes were like my favorite thing ever and although hers were not buttermilk mashed potatoes they were absolutely amazing, so I am definitely wanting to find a vegan yummy and comforting mashed potato recipe and I am sure yours will do that trick.

Thanks so much for this great round up, makes things so much easier when trying to generate ideas for the Holidays.

    Your the best.

DANG, mama!!!!! This is the best round up ever – filled with SOOOOO many delicious recipes. You know what’s kinda cool? I’ve tried more than half of them, so I can totally attest to the deliciousness. I would love to have a seat at your Thanksgiving table <3 I love that you include a breakfast section, too – here I'm so focused on the main event that I completely spaced how to start the day…I could really go for a stack of your pancakes! XO
